I love the bowls and so do the kittos. They are easy to wash but you should have a silicone mat so they stay in place. I love that they are oval and can hold a 5.5 can of wet. Super cute and the colors are just like the picture. I am glad I bought 3 sets.

Products work great, easy to clean, love that it comes with a water resistant mat. The only thing I wish was a little different is the water bowl, it’s so shallow we are constantly having to fill out cats bowl. Silly for me to think this but I worry he’s not drinking enough because it runs out while we are at work and school. No other complaint though.

These cat bowls are great, they are simple yet durable. The bowl is raised up at just the right height for my cat and it’s incredibly easy to wash. I’ve put mine through the dishwasher several times and have never had a problem. Even though my cat is a bit of a messy eater there is very minimal food spillage and the bowl doesn’t slide around a lot when he eats. Overall good quality for the price

Picky kitty was getting single use bowls. I was at least buying the biodegradable ones, but still it was a waste. And those bowls sat on the ground. She’s old and picky. Hated having her have to bend down like that to eat. So I bit the bullet and bought these even though I figured I was in for some scrubbing. These bowls are amazing. They literally wipe clean. Old, crusty wet food just wipes away. Every morning I thought to myself “I need to review these fantastic bowls. “. Seems like a weird thing to worry about but I read reviews and I like when they mean something. So get these bowls. They are great.

Right price and good quality…but I will say that these bowls are advertised to prevent whisker stress by being oval in shape, allowing for whisker clearance. In practice, though, the bowls are small so that even at their widest they were still about the width of a typical bowl and the whiskers of both my medium size cats seemed to contact the sides. On the other hand, they are shallow, so maybe there isn’t very much whisker contact. Hard to tell…I can say that one of my cats immediately removed chunks of wet food to eat on the floor, so take that for what you will.

These are perfect. Nice and durable, easy to clean, use one for water and the other for food. You do have to be careful if you fill it in the sink and then set down since they are a bit shallow, but I like that the shape means no whisker fatigue for my little guy.

Ordered these bowls after hunting for a matching set of the raised and angled cat bowls. These were the best price for the look, though they aren’t on an angle as I had been looking for originally. These are great dishes though! They’re a hard plastic but very light and seem durable and easy to wash. They look smaller in person than in the photos, but my cats are both very large (part ragdoll). The bowls are suitable for kibble or wet food but probably too shallow or maybe too spilly for water (unless you have a super neat cat). They are wide enough to clear the whiskers and seem to be at a good height for their heads while they eat. The dish is nice because it’s pretty shallow and wide so the food doesn’t pool at the bottom or slide around the sides much. My cats were very confused about the new dishes at first but got into them once I added a treat on top of the kibble. Great quality for the price, would highly recommend!

Comes up to greet my kitty, so she doesn’t need to crane her neck down. The opening leaves room for her whiskers, instead of touching (she hates her whiskers touching), it’s plastic and light (perfect for camping), washes without tight corner crevasses, and is inexpensive. PLUS: cats don’t appreciate their food and water in the same place. (Look it up).

Los gatos los adoran.. No los tiran, no los mueven.. Y les quedan perfectos para comer.
Lavarlos no toma ni 1 min. de lo fácil que es..
Y se pueden usar tanto de un lado como de otro.
En lo personal yo uso los 2 para comida así que no puedo opinar en cuanto a líquidos.
Pero aunque pareciera que les “cabe poco” en realidad su capacidad es de incluso un poco más de lo que comen mis gatos por comida.
Les cabe una ración de comida + 1/2 sobre de comida mojada sin derramarse, caerse ni estar al borde.
Son una opción perfecta si se quieren tener en un lugar alto (no se rompen fácilmente) y los colores son muy bonitos!

When I saw these Kitty City raised food bowls, I did something I NEVER do – I ordered TWO sets of something without trying it first. They just have a look about them that says: well-designed, well-made – and healthier for your cat. When I received them, I was actually shocked! They EXCEEDED my expectations! They hold a can of Friskies perfectly, and there is almost no mess. But here’s the part that astounded me: it says they’re dishwasher-safe, but I’m the dishwasher in my house, so after my cat’s first meal I did the routine thing – I put the bowl in the sink to soak before washing, and when I came back 20 minutes later I picked up the bowl and poured out the water – and virtually EVERY bit of food rinsed out! The one or two little specks that were left LIFTED RIGHT OFF the surface when I touched them with my fingertip. I gave it a final rinse with hot water – no soap; no scrubbing – and there I was, holding a clean bowl.
I’m not kidding you; it IS that easy. (Yeah, every once in a while I throw in a little detergent to knock off any stray microbes that might have wandered in, but I really don’t think it’s necessary.)
Just put some hot water in the bowl, give it 15 minutes, then a final rinse under running water and maybe a light swipe with a paper towel. That’s it. Really. Truly. Clean.
Now what I want is a bowl for ME that I don’t have to wash…..(maybe I could just borrow hers for a light snack – a little chicken salad maybe? Or some deviled ham on toast points?) Do you think that – ᴍᴀʏʙᴇ – she might let me share her bowl?? 😗 👀
All kidding aside, I would give these Kitty City bowls SIX stars if I could. Maybe the material they’re made of ISN’T revolutionary; maybe the technology has been out there for years and I just haven’t noticed. (I don’t get around much.) But that’s beside the point. These bowls are beautiful, to the eye and to the touch. And they make eating a healthier experience for your cat. So look at them again – and if you love 💕 your cat, buy a set. Buy two. That’s what I did – and I only have one cat. But I noticed today that they have a set in pastels now, and they’re gorgeous….. so I’m gonna buy a set. Do I really need six bowls for my one cat?….Maybe not….but maybe I can use a couple of them to display art objects. Maybe I can display a couple of them AS art objects….
I would add a picture if I could, but my lap seems to be inhabited at the moment, and that imposes certain limits….maybe I can add one later. I didn’t know I would be revisiting this site today, but I’m glad I finally got back here. I bought my Kitty City bowls in January, about ten months ago, and I knew in the first week that I had to come back here and write a review for one of the BEST PRODUCTS I’ve ever seen. Of any kind. I’m sorry I took so long to write this. But I’m glad I’m here now, so that I can wholeheartedly, without reservations, recommend to you a product that I believe to be perfect in what it strives to do. I cannot think of any aspect that needs improvement.
You might think that spending an hour to write a review about the bowl that I use to feed my cat is a somewhat trivial way to spend my time. I would not agree. In these days of cost-cutting mass-produced ecology-destroying poorly-made disposable trash, we all have a duty to stand up and shout when we find a product – ANY product – that does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and is also aesthetically pleasing.
I’m hoping that Amazon won’t yank this review. They had to pull a couple of mine in the last four years when I wandered off the beaten path, offering my opinions in areas that didn’t strictly conform to product review, and I can understand that. I do tend to wax enthusiastic when I find a product that is so far above what is usually considered “good enough “. Even if Amazon decides that I goofed AGAIN and pulls this review, I will not regret writing it – maybe the editor who yanks it has a cat or two…..
