It works great to help keep the hay out of my rabbit’s litter. And it comes zip ties, so then my bunny can’t just rip it from her wall, which she tried to do at first.

I really love this hay feeder! It is sturdy. Hay actually stays in it. The problem is that my guinea pigs are not in love with it. They like when the hay spills everywhere so, they are not fans. I am keeping it for if/when I have neater pigs!!

We got this for our chinchilla and it is perfect. It keeps her hay from littering the bottom of the cage and is easy for her to get at. She even sits in the hay bin to eat her timothy hay. It just hangs on the bars of her cage and keeps the hay contained very well. I would highly recommend this for someone who has a smaller or medium sized rodent. This might be a bit small for a rabbit.

I like the clips for attaching it. That flexibility helps since our cage has an interior lip.
The grid spaces are the perfect size. Little Piggy can get to the hay easily, but it doesn’t fall out.
The bottom is angled and solid metal. Debris doesn’t collect under it, and hay settles towards the front.
It’s compact so it doesn’t really reduce her living space.

It arrived bent, and broke very easily when I tried to straighten it. But it still holds hay, so I guess it’s good enough to do what it’s supposed to do.
