    I purchased one to see if my dog would even drink from it as he is picky and LOVED it! When a Chihuahua likes something you go with it (LOL). So I purchased another one for upstairs as well. He loves having the running water and that the water is filtered, etc. I did have one begin to have an issue and I contacted customer service and they were AMAZING! They worked with me and determined it was faulty wiring to the pump. They offered to send me a new pump, but when they found out I have a vision impairment they opted to send me a new one. ABSOLUTELY amazing company with excellent customer service. I can’t thank them enough as I probably would have tried putting it together and not been able to and ended up buying a new one. So I can’t say enough about this company and about Joanna as she was the one who helped me. Thank you! You guys rock. You forever have my business.

    I had high hopes for this pet fountain but just a few months after buying we started having trouble with the pump. I’ve cleaned everything many times, and now the thing is so noisy, we can’t use it anymore. I thought I would just order another pump but, apparently, it has to come from China. I ordered it the first of June and it’s not due to be delivered until sometime in July! I need to decide whether to buy another fountain from a different company or wait for the new pump. Either way, I have 4 animals that depended upon it for water and now it can’t be used! It’s a total waste of money!

    Update! The seller was amazing and sent me a replacement fountain right away. This one works much better than the last one right out of the box and is very quiet. Thank you to the seller for making this right.

    So, I need ya to know that in order for this water fountain to work properly, you really need to understand how to fully take apart the filters and water pump to properly clean it out! I have had mine for a little over a year now, and a month or two in, the water fountain started to have issues where it wasn’t pumping the water properly.

    Yes, it could have needed a new water pump, but what I didn’t realize is that I had to really take the whole thing apart to clean all of the pieces necessary. Once I did that, It worked as it did when I first purchased it!

    It’s a great water fountain, i love the way it looks and the light at the bottom that lets you know when it’s time to fill the water up again. It’s one of the easiest water fountains to clean and refill on a weekly basis (2 cats), but when you need to do your monthly deep-cleaning – that’s where the effort and energy comes in. Make sure to have a tool kit that has a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the “impeller” as they call it and you’re good to go! It takes about 30 mins once a month to clean all of that out and it seems to work well.

    It’s still going over a year now! I say give it a try, If i could give a more accurate rating, I’d give it a 4.6.

    Mes trois chats l’ont très vite utilisé et ils boivent mieux.

    La lumière ne peut pas s’éteindre. Donc la nuit cela éclaire légèrement la pièce. Au moins les chats peuvent la trouver facilement la nuit.

    Petit défaut sur le filtre, il se colmate très vite. Je l’ai retiré et je ne garde que le filtre de la pompe. Cela fonctionne très bien et suffit largement pour filtrer les impuretés

    Très silencieux au niveau de la pompe. Il y a juste un petit bruit d’eau qui s’écoule (c’est hyper léger et peu être reposant)

     For the price, this fountain is a steal. It runs efficiently and quietly 24/7, looks cute and has yet to break down. I’ve had it for about 5 months.

    The charcoal filters do fill up quite quickly, but that’s because my bird likes to soak his food in his water. I makeshift my own filters with coffee filters and that works fine.

    I was a little disheartened when the water fountain pressure began to drop despite cleaning it 2x per week, however, the water pump was very easy to take apart to clean and it went back to functioning great! A water pump cleaning is necessary only every 3-4 months.

    The exposed cord can be wrapped with vet wrap or electrical tape to prevent chewing. It’s very durable and it’s managed to withstand my parrot’s chewing for months without protection (it’s protected now).

    It’s easy to put together, clean and maintain. It’s suitable for cats, dogs, birds and reptiles. My parrot loves it!!

    Update: ich wurde nach meiner Bewertung von FeelNeedy angeschrieben ob ich eine neue Pumpe haben möchte. Das nenne ich sehr guten Service.

    Ich war bis vor ein paar Tagen super zufrieden. Der Brunnen ist leise, leuchtet und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Ich habe den Brunnen alle 3 Wochen komplett sauber gemacht, mit Filter wechseln und Pumpe reinigen. Nun kam immer weniger Wasser raus und nun kommt so wenig raus, dass es nicht mehr auf den Teller in der Mitte landet. Wirklich schade.

    The water stopped flowing out of the top for us so I reached out to customer service. They promptly explained how to troubleshoot. It worked, and now we’re good to go! We ended up needing to replace the filter inside the pump itself.

     Me encanta su diseño. Es de fácil montaje y mantenimiento, y a mi gato le ha encantado. No hace nada de ruido, ni salpica, ni gasta demasiada electricidad.
    Viene con 3 filtros, y cada uno puede durar unas 2 semanas.

    I really wanted to like this fountain but I just can’t endorse it. I have bought 5 different pet fountains over the years. My cat is one of those who will basically die of thirst before he will drink water from a straight up bowl. It has to be moving or flowing somehow. If I give him a bowl he will simply tip it over, spill all the water and walk away (as cats will do). For awhile this was my fav fountain so far. It’s attractive and quiet and the best part is the drinking bowl piece is situated so that his sensitive whiskers touch nothing when he drinks. He likes this one. However, about two months in the pump quit working strongly enough for the water to reach the little drinking bowl. It just bubbles up into the overflow area and drops right back down into the reservoir. I’ve tried everything to fix it. Cleaned every part I can get my hands on to clear any clogs or buildup. Unfortunately nothing works. So as much as my cat likes this fountain when there’s water in the bowl, now there’s never water in the bowl.

    This item is labeled as a cat water fountain but I use it for my medium-sized dog, Jack Russell Terroir, and she loves it!!! I’ve tried many other dog fountains but they’re very noisy. This one is VERY, VERY quiet. I love it and so does my dog. Loved it so much I purchased a total of 3 just to have around the house (both upstairs and downstairs). I like that not only is it quiet but easy to refill and the light tells you where the water level is. The light also serves as a nightlight, if you will. The fountain is unlike any other fountain out there. I truly, truly love it and it is definitely worth it!!!!

    I have purchased this same fountain 3 times so far and all 3 times the same issue happened. It is plastic which don’t ever get because of cleaning and mold build up that is unpreventable. Go with stainless steel for your kitties. The water part that comes out and hits the landing has stopped reaching the landing on all 3 of the fountains. No matter what I did or how many times I cleaned the thing it would always wind up with the same issue. Would never recommend this product
