Only giving this a four because the spring on the bottom of the water reservoir should be stronger. When I fill it with water and turn it over, water leaks out. Otherwise, solid product.

I love this feeder! IMO the feeder itself, bowl holders and stainless steel bowls are great quality, pretty sturdy materials just from initial assessment and unpacking. The water container and screw on valve, not so much. I was very careful with the water container and pieces because of the reviews I read and I’m glad I was because the they are flimsy. I even gently placed the water container in the feeder because that valve is wiggly and thin for how much water weight there is. We leave for a week in late September so I bought this now to give my cat time to adjust to the unit. The water does gurgle when it refills the bowl (after about 40ml) and my cat was slightly alarmed by the very quiet gurgle. Also, the water bowl only fills up about 1/4 of the way, which I’m ok with because my cat is obsessed with playing with his water bowl. The food side, I feel is too full but that may because of the size of the kibble. Only time will tell how durable it truly is but for now, I’m a happy camper.

I really like the simplicity of this unit. I had to set up an injured cat in another room and needed something asap. I have 3 cats and so far they have adjusted nicely. I have 1 more unit ordered thanks to lighting deals! One of my cats is a diva and she has not been happy with the water bowl not being completely filled 🤣. It was very easy to assemble and It does not make any noise and the size is perfect for the room I have. It appears to be very easy to clean and the material is sturdy. I know it will not tip over. I have to have something in front of the water bowl so my male cat can knead while he drinks.

The product itself is a nice concept. However, we noticed the water level in the bowl is very low and the food doesn’t fall down very well. It’s also quite inconvenient to clean the water bowl if it gets dirty because you have to take everything apart. Nice, but not effective enough for multiple cats.

The main housing is plastic but the 2 bowls are stainless steel & holds 1.5 Liters of water & over 5 lbs of food.
Spend alot less time on refills and the stainless steel dishes give the dispenser a clean minimalist look & feel. Perfect for small to medium size animals of all types.

i genuinely love this product. i have had so much trouble with my cats knocking over their water bowl, but this product completely eliminated that.. it holds plenty of food and water, and my cats haven’t knocked it over one time.
the food is really easy to refill and so far, i haven’t had any issues with refilling the water. it is easy to fill with water, and i haven’t had any leakage issues so far. i’ve been using this product for two months for reference. i would and already have recommended this product to others.
