A bit of assembly required to attach the wheels. The bag itself attaches to the rolling frame with Velcro bits that seem to be a bit flimsy for my comfort, but we’ll see.
Size-wise, this bag is about the same size as my Delta-approved pet carrier. Folds flat when not in use. My 11lb Havanese goes right into it and is happy as a clam.
Good ventilation and multiple points of entry and pockets for gear.
The bag must be detached from the rolling frame to fit under a plane seat. (Typical for this type of pet carrier.) That’s best done prior to boarding so you can quickly stash the frame in the overhead compartment and your pet under the seat. Straps allow you to carry by hand or over the shoulder.
All in all, a decent value-priced pet carrier for those situations where rolling your pet is preferable to carrying.

This rolling pet carrier worked great for my cat. She is a large size cat so the carrier is a little snug for her. However, she like to sit in a small space so I don’t think this would bother her too much when we travel. The bag does require some assembly but it’s not too complicated. It does offer good ventilation and pockets. For the bag to fit under the seat, you will need to remove it from the rolling frame when boarding, then reassembly after boarding. The rolling frame can be store on the overhead compartment.

As a household with both resident and fosters, we’re always happy to test out and review pet products, this “UNICITII Pet Carrier for Small Dog Cat, Airline Approved Dog Carrier with Wheels Soft Sided Dog Rolling Crate Cat Travel Bag up to 20 Lbs Pet Strollers for Small Pets” looked like it would be a great multipurpose multi-functional carrier for our cats… and it is!
We’ve had the opportunity to test many different carriers over the years and this seems to have every feature that we love, with some additional features that we’ve never had before.
Firstly, there are 4 healthy-sized pockets to store food, treats, toys, leashes, documents, 3 are open pockets, and one is covered with a flap, and one that zips open at the bottom to turn it into a strap to slip over a carry-on or piece of luggage to make this a truly travel appropriate carrier.
Next, the carrier has 3 openings, it zips open on each end as well as the top, the top has both a mesh cover which zips open and full coverage cover that Velcros to the mesh cover. There is mesh on the top half of all sides so your pet can always see what’s happening outside (this may or may not be a good thing, sometimes it might be helpful to prevent them from seeing out).
Another great feature is that the carrier can attach to the wheeled frame or can easily detach and be carried with teh handles that are attached, or put over the shoulder with the detachable shoulder strap. I know airlines are very strict about what can be stowed under the seat, so I can’t confirm if this is a correct size, but I can confirm this is a soft-sided carrier (as opposed to a hard plastic carrier/crate) that is required in order to brought on board.
My only teeny problem is how the bottom of the soft carrier attaches to the metal frame, it Velcros on at 4 points, but doesn’t feel completely secure, as you can see in the photo, but it’s probably unlikely that it’ll actually detach.
It does seem a bit on the pricey side, but factoring in all the features and how versatile it can be for general use as well as for flying, it’s a reasonable value (~$70 at time of review)

I have two large cats that are 14 lbs each. They would be a bit cramped in this carrier. I don’t think a 20 lb anything would like this carrier. Maybe a 20 lb Dachshund would be okay, but maybe too long.
It’s a nice carrier, if you need something small that can collapse until needed. There is a stiff, wire frame that keeps the top fabric in place much like an old-style covered wagon. If the side door is unzipped, the wire sort of flops backward, and begins to fold up like it’s being put away. There is no concern for the animal, but I wanted to give you an idea of how flexible the top is. It supports absolutely no weight — if your purse rests on its top, it is resting on top of the animal inside.
There is a small zippered pocket, a small always-open unzippered pocket, and a pocket that is open on the top and zippered on the bottom. I’m not exactly sure what that is for, but I suspect it might be as an extra pocket (when the bottom is zipped) or as an attachment strap (connected at both sides), if needing to slide the carrier onto the handle of another rolling bag.
Overall, it’s a nice carrier. To properly store it flat, it needs to be disassembled (which isn’t difficult), but there is no means provided to store the frame, the loose wheels, or the carrier together. You’re gonna need to plan for storing a number of loose items together, or finding a way to store it partially assembled. I got this for van travel and storage, so that was an issue I had to manage.

Haven’t it on wheels was very convient but as soon as I tried to use the shoulder strap it broke and I almost dropped my little 3 lb tea cup yorkie. The strap had to be poorly attached by the manufacture because there is no way the weight of my dog caused it to break.

My Rhys loves to go outside, but he hates having his feet touch the ground. Talk about a prissy Kitty. This lets him explore being outside without having to do any work. He calmly relaxes while he’s being pulled along. It’s sturdy enough for him and rides smoothly. There are pockets for me to carry his water, food, and treats in as well. I would recommend. The fabric and zippers are durable and the frame is very sturdy. It also puts away very compact. A good buy.

This is a cool rolling carrier that has many well-designed features, but do make sure to measure your pet to ensure this will work for you. The carrier is airline approved to travel in-cabin so the sizing of the carrier itself (16.9”L x 11.8”W x 11.8”T) is on the small side in order to fit in the space below the seat in front of you in the cabin of the plane.
The carrier itself is very well designed….plenty of pockets to store treats, toys, etc and there are 3 openings (both ends + top) for easy access to your pet. There is plenty of mesh all around for ventilation and so your pet can see out. The carrier attaches to the rolling wheeled frame via 4 velcro points and can be detached and used with the provided shoulder strap as well for times where you don’t want to use the rolling pull frame.
Overall this is a very well made and well designed small pet airline travel setup. The rolling pull frame makes it easy without having to struggle with the weight of having to lift and carry your pet+carrier while in the airport. For those who frequently travel in-cabin with their small pets I would highly recommend this pet rolling carrier.
Kitty’s Cabinet –
I have reviewed many carriers with a dolly. This is better than most. I like the attractive grey color. It provides plenty ventilation for the cat and the fabric feels sturdy. It will fit most cats comfortably. Very large cats might be cramped, but this is tsa so there are size limits. The whole thing folds flat if needed. The wheels were easy to attach to the dolly and no tools are required. The are also removable. The carrier attached to the dolly with Velcro. The Velcro on this lined up very well with the dolly. On other carriers I have run into issues where the Velcro barely connects so that was a plus. The dolly works well and swivels 360. The carrier has serval zipper openings and a little storage pouch on the side that doesn’t obatruct the cats view/ventilation

This pet carrier is awesome. You can use it as a normal pet carrier for vet visits and for travel, you can attach it to the wheeled base with the attached velcro and wheel it around like any other piece of luggage.
It is very easy to assemble. Just make sure you put the ‘universal’ (rotating) wheels toward the front. these allow it to turn to follow you while you are pulling it with the telescoping handle.
Then handle is like any other luggage you would have, so it is familiar to use. Very easy to use, my cat loved the bag as well.
The bag has pockets on the two sides that you can use, and you can put your cat in through the end or the top, as both have zippered mesh areas. the top mesh area you can also cover up. Most people will likely not even know you have a pet in the bag, it is very discreet.

Kitty’s Cabinet –
Super easy to set up, the wheels work beautifully they don’t get stuck and roll like a dream. The carrier is detachable from the frame and comfortable to carry. My cat is 10lbs and fits fine however, it will not be comfortable for pets over 15lbs if using short distances. Long distances I would keep the pet 10lbs and under so they can move around better.
